Refund / Return Policy

Our Promise to our Valued Customers:

 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with an Exchange, replacement or technical support. If you received an item from us that you are not satisfied with, please contact Customer Service via email info@hiyatoys.com

 

◆ Replacement Service (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Within 3 months from the date of release and within 7 days from the date of parcel delivered. If you meet these situations, please feel free to contact us info@hiyatoys.com , we are glad to help.

 

◆Order Cancel and Refund (if applicable)

 

Order can only be canceled before the shipping.

Once your request a order cancelation, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We wil also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If request are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 business days.

 

 

◆ Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at registration@venturestoys.com
